Allianz Kazakhstan has insured two major business real estates
28.07.2010The largest Shymkent business-center "Altyn-Orda" and shopping center "Bayan-sulu" are insured in Allianz Kazakhstan on a complete risks package for a time period – one year with subsequent prolongation.
Buildings are ensured by insurance fire protection, explosion, a stroke of lightning, natural disaster, flooding, land subsidence, a landslip, hurricane (storm), a whirlwind, tornadoes, mud torrent, subsoil waters, falling of aircrafts, transport accident, damage caused by foreign bodies, unlawful acts by third parties, burglary, a robbery, plunder.
The insurance program provides complex protection of buildings, interior trim and the engineering equipment.
As noted Zhanar Kalieva, the head of Allianz Kazakhstan: “the Property insurance of legal bodies is one of the priority directions that we are giving a great consideration to the development. In total for the first half year the company has took the responsibility of the property insurance of legal bodies, including mortgage property to the sum of 125 683 million tenge.
