04.08.2010The Contract of voluntary loan insurance provides the payment in case of the following risks: death of the insured or ascertainment of invalidity in the result of accident.
The payment has been transferred to the bank, which has issued a mortgage credit to the insured; credit has been repaid in full. The death of the borrower occurred in the result of traffic accident in Aktobe region.
